Terrible
Ordered Taps from the online store at Bathroom Bizarre and opted to collect at my closet branch- Boksburg Only to receive an email that I should now collect in Rosebank. No answers the phones to explain this, I am not close to Rosebank. I chose Boksburg for a reason. Was on the phone with Boksburg and Rosebank, they didn't even have any idea about my order which is already paid for. This is absolutely pathetic
