Take your money but don't deliver!

I purchased tiles on a special over 10 days ago and the sales assistant assured me that plentiful stock was available. I had to pay on order as is the case nowadays and was told to collect them 8 days ago. I arrived to collect them but was told to come back 4 days later. It is now 8 days later and the tiles are not available. No one has had the simple business courtesy and ethic to bother to contact me. I eventually had to get hold of someone from Head Office to deal with it. This level of service is unacceptable and may be acceptable in the Amazon jungle but this is a branch in an elite area of the capital city of Africa where first world prices are charged. Either the sales staff are not trained properly or they do not give a damn about client servicing.
