Resolving a mistake with great service
I purchased tiles from Bathroom bizarre and without seeing them our tiler had already tiled about 10 sq meters, once I saw them I realised we had been supp**** a darker shade. I complained to Junior at the Boksburg store and took the samples back to the store. Junior had invoiced out the incorrect code, Junior and his manager then went out of their way to ensure that they replaced the tiles immediately, mistakes happen but thanks to Junior for resolving the matter, great service !!!
