PATHETIC SERVICE EVEN FROM THEIR MANAGER!

Im absolutly shocked at the POOR service i recieved from this store. On the 20.07.2023 i personally went to Bathroom Bizare in umhlanaga. I spoke with Sean who is in charge of the place. I purchased a shower cubicle for about R7000. And delivery to my adress in bluff was R500. The item was delivered in a box by a consultant who was alone. I had to physically carry these large heavy doors with this person up 3 flights of stairs. When the box was opened we found that the door knob was missing. So i called the store and spoke with lezelle. Who asked me to come all the way back to umhlanga to fetch a door knob. I advised her this is unfair as you guys didnt add the item in the box and my builder is finishing up the renovations today so i need it today. Then a gentlemen calls me and says he will postnet the item to me. I advised him that if he does that then the item will only come after the builder is long gone. Then he tells me that they dont have drivers in the store. When they need a driver for a delivery they call them and pay them. So i advised him that if this was the case them call the driver as it seems like im not important now that iv already paid for the item. I asked to speak to somone else incharge and he says thats saun but he off, 2nd incharge is him. Then he gives me head offices number to complain which is ***. im still waiting for my item now to be postnetted to me while im using a shower with no handle. DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS JUST BECAUSE THE SALE IS OVER AND MONEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT
