No Service!!!!!

I am so irritated by bathroom bizarre. I bought tiles on sunday. I was told to pick them up on Wednesday. I arrived Wednesday to pick them up. They now tell me the truck to deliver the tiles has not arrived. My irritation is no from the new market branch called to inform me that the tiles have not arrive the so called manager says it's not his problem I should wait for the person that assisted me to explain why. When the sales person finally arrives he tells me he is busy with a client I should wait for there call. Such rude an arrogant customer service at the Alberton New Market branch.
