NO COMPASSION OR SERVICE DELIVERY

We purchased a shower a year ago, reason being is that we are owner builders and did a project house for ourselves in Gamtoos. Long story short we buy our stuff sometimes in advance when we see special with this shower we did the same. Now last week before Xmas we got the tilers to come and tile. THe shower door sealed for the whole year. NO CONTRACTORS IN THE HOUSE WE ARE OWNER BUILDERS. So when we opened the box to install the shower to our great disappointment only the glass shower doors was wrapped in the box NO handles no rails no nothing. Phoned Sonja at the PE branch she said she can remember as she did the sale. I need to email pics to Rashaad. Reply back to me " it might ha ve been ****** by the contractors on site. Oh my word. We showed pics that the white strapping tape was taken off by us. Went back to them he still implying that this has never happen before,but also did not open the box to check if everything was in the box and glass not cracked before we've taken delivery of it. As if we wanna steel the rails etc. and this after a year, oh please. But we left the doors there and said they can use them as spare parts. Instead of saying sorry sir we can not help you but if you see another shower door we will arrange some discount for you. But surely they do not wanna keep customer. So off we went to CTM in Port Elizabeth. AWESOME service.
