Incompetence

I bought 2 long tape mixer . The manger of the store sold it to me . And he was very professional and good service. 2 months after we saw that the platform was deteriorating, tiles lifting and cracking. Then two days after we found shop flooded with water. I then called the plumbers who told me that this tape have been leaking for long time inside the platform. I took the tap back to bathroom bizarre Allen's Allen's . I was told it was the cartridge coz the guy who installed taps didn't know what he was doing. I told them that he's been doing jobs for the centre for very long time. So I didn't want any arguments. I asked for cartridge they said they didn't have stock. They told me to go Roodepoort branch. When I get there it was a wrong cartridge ordered. I told them they have to give me a correct cartridge as I drove all the way to Roodepoort from Randburg. They went and bough from plumplink. And confirmed that it ok . Called plumber after hours to fit the tape mixer. Saddened it was even worse. I then called Allen's nek store and the manager told me that they have to replace it ,I can come the following day at 8 am. Went there in 8am and it was a different story as the manager wasn't in. I tried to explain how this is impacting my business as the water is closed. The employees there seem to not care. They couldn't give me another tape they only ordered the tape from Pretoria branch it was on the 20 November and 24 November I called them and was told tape not yet there maybe Thursday 26 november. Imagine 2weeks operating a beauty salon with no running water .this is pathetic. The lady who works there was very rude she even told me that I bought the tape on discounted price. I was very disappointed with her actions and wording was so unprofessional. I don't know when this matter is going to be resolved. I'm sitting with the cost of replacing tiles cracked on wood and call out fees of a plumber. Wood tile adhesive is very expensive too. The inconvenience of fetching water from outside the store. This is pathetic
