Extraordinary service from Bathroom Bizarre, George

I bought a bunch of bathroom fittings from Bathroom Bizarre, George in January 2021. Items like towel hooks, a shelf for the shower, toilet roll holders and handtowel hook. The fittings themselves are awesome but the design of the manufacturer-supp**** mount by which the fitting attaches to piece *****ed into the wall is flawed. After about 10 weeks, I contacted Bathroom Bizarre to let them know about this.

Roddy kindly assisted me and the next day he came over to my house to see for himself. He replaced one of the mounts, tightened the others. I continued to use the fittings for a few weeks, without any adjustment from me, for Roddy to see how they fared.

I gave him a call recently to let him know that the fittings were either seriously loose or off. He connected with a contractor and they came over to assess. Roddy then got in touch with their suppliers. By this stage, I was not the only customer nationwide that had alerted them to this product issue, which I was in the beginning.

Roddy offered to replace all of my fittings with others that had a different means of attachment. What we needed was something that used the same holes in the wall. I really like my chosen fittings and as there was nothing available that used the same holes, Roddy and the contractor, Jacques, made another plan.

We tested one fitting with the epoxy fix, and it worked perfectly. Jacques returned and completed the rest. I do not see these fittings ever coming loose, which is exactly what we want.
