Excellent customer service from start to finish

We want to commend Werner Kortzen from Bathroom Bizarre, Northgate Estate, Ysterplaat for his professional customer service. We are renovating our bathrooms and were undecisive about a few items. Werner went through everything with us, explaining the options, pros and cons and advising us accordingly. We visited the shop three times before placing our order and he was always patient and friendly with a willingness to assist. His knowledge was a welcome breath of fresh air, and he never hesitated to pick up the phone and check on stock, availability, and deliveries. He kept us up to date with regards to our order and even managed to get our order delivered earlier than anticipated. We will happily shop at this store again and deal with him in the future.
