Do not buy at Bathroom Bizarre PE

In November we bought multiple items from Bathroom Bizarre in order to renovate our en-suite. When we bought it we were told all the items had to be ordered in. They said it would be in store the following Wednesday. When I drove all the way from Uitenhage the following Saturday to the Port Elizabeth branch, and they told us that they only received a mirror and basin. I then asked them to please call us once the items arrive. A few weeks went by and we still haven't heard anything back. I decided to phone them and they said all our items arrived and we can come and collect it. My husband drove to Bathroom Bizarre on Saturday and they then told him that not all items were received - shower mixer taps and the basin mixer were among some of the outstanding items. They then put other mixers in boxes (that we did not order) and tried to give us the incorrect items. We ordered square items and they tried to give us round items. They then told us that our square look mixer taps will only arrive most probably at the end of February because they are waiting for the container to arrive next year end of January. They were unsympathetic and insincere towards us in our situation. The staff do not strive to put their customers first. We are upset that we bought these items under false pretenses, as we wanted to start renovating the bathroom in early December already. We are not supporting Bathroom Bizarre again and we would advice our friends not to either, Bathroom Bizarre Port Elizabeth gives us a bad taste in our mouths. We are really considering cancelling the outstanding items and ask for a refund and support CTM or Tile Africa where we only received good customer service thus far.
