Delivery (bad practice leaving goods with a neighbor) !!!

Good day Bathroom Bizarre,

I ordered hardware online, yesterday I got a message, it will be delivered today (as in yesterday).

I now got a call from my neighbor that a guy doing a delivery, hooting and making a big noise in my estate.

Firstly, how professional is it to leave something with a neighbor to start off with ?

Secondly, you have my details to contact me (or the delivery firm)
