Cracked bathtub

We bought a stand along bathtub at Bathroom Bizarre in Nelspruit. Right after installing it at our we home we saw that it was dented and each time we took a bath the crack got bigger. Went to the store 22/12/2023 and we received amazing service from the team, they managed to give us a new bathtub. Honestly we cannot thank them enough for putting the customers first. Big ups to the team as well as the store manager
