BE CAREFUL OF Bathroom Bizarre RANDBURG

I would like to share my experience at Bathroom Bizarre in Randburg in the hope that it will help people to make sure to not to trust salespeople in giving you the assurance that all stock is in perfect condition.

As a contractor I bought from this store numurous times as the products are always top quality. On this occation I bought a free standing bath with a skirt around it. When I picked it up at their store they assured me that both the skirt and the bath were in top condition. The items were packed in high grade plastic, so to unwrap everything would of taken too much time. Today I unwrapped it with my plumber to find that the skirt were full of cracks.

When calling the store they accused us for damaging it and that it was my problem. They even said I could buy a new one from them. This after I have spent more that R60 000 at this store.

Worst of all is that I asked the sales person that I would like to talk to the manager who just refused to take the phone. When I said to the sales person that if this is the way you treat a regular customer then I will most certainly never buy from you again and I will also tell all my trademen and contractors to stay away. He just rep**** and said no problem.

O by the way the bath and skirt cost me over R7000.

Please people make sure you let them unwrap everything before taking ownership.

I hope that head office will see this post and take initiative with the staff.
