Your service sucks

We bought goods at the Bathroom Bizarre Centurion on the 5th August 2018 and informed the sales person (Colbert) we will collect the goods on the 13th or 14th August 2018. On Tuesday 14th August I phoned the store for them to prepare the goods for me and was informed they cannot find the goods. I asked the guy who answered the to call me in 10minutes as I was driving to the store and no call received. I had to drive to the store and still 51minutes after making the phonecall I have to wait while they were checking with other stores. It is now 14h08 and still no stock.

Now I have to drive around to collect the goods and not even fuel money given.

The service sucks because even the Colbert guy was not even willing to assist not even to ask if I was helped or not and now the fuel money spent for nothing.
