Bathroom Bizarre refund policy

I bought a bath on Saturday for almost R4000. Sunday I went to pick it up only to be told they don't have it. I found a bath somewhere else, so I bought it. I went back to bathroom bizarre to get a refund for the bath they were not able to supply only to be told they only do refunds on Wednesday and Friday. Today is Thursday and I don't have my money back. I also haven't received any proof of payment either. I doubt this is legal. It seems it's just the way they do business.
