Bathroom Bizarre Edenvale - Stay away, be warned

It's quite shocking in this day and age that a branch of Bathroom Bizarre can operate at the lack of service such as the one in Edenvale. From day dot we have had issues with stock, suppliers and a total lack of customer service. In particular, we have to mention Dineo Phala. He lack of customer service is absolutely shocking, with no recourse for the lack of this. BAD ON YOU BATHROOM BIZARRE. We paid premium prize for literally all the tiles, fixtures and bathroom accessories from this branch. 7 months down the line we have encountered severe product defects. Escalating it to Dineo resulted in us having to follow up and threaten her as she simply didn't care what ever. Her absolute lack of detail is shocking as the supplier first agreed to replace a stainless steel actuator plate, but then made a total u-turn when we confirmed that we had a issue on both we bought from Dineo. Now the sub standard product is put at our door, stating we used abrasive products.........yet this was never ever the case, and it can be clearly seen that the surface as been flaking on actually the exact same spot in both units. Dineo has been at the heart of this frustration of ours, yet never seen or escalated it properly. She is almost never available and hard to contact unless you e-mail her.......and hope and pray she responds. Quite funny though that when you phone the branch and ask to speak to her manager she all of a sudden is available. This behaviour and lack of after sales service is not on in this day and age. We hope that this complaint would warn other consumers out there about this
