Bad service and poor assistance

<p>I recently bought a few things from bathroom bizarre. As I opened the packaging from the bath, I noticed that there weren't any handles included. To my knowledge, this has to be added from the beginning. I would've expected from them to also know this as this is what they specialize in. So I tried to call them and guess what? Their phone lines are off and I cannot get through to them. What a disappointment, especially from someone that I trusted to know these thing. Not good service at all... </p>
