Bad service

I went to bathroom bazaar In Rosebank, with my wife and three year old after selecting an array of items for a new build that we are about to begin, on our way out our three your old walked past an unsecured toilet and bumped into it, the toilet fell down and broke, after much muttering from the staff i was forced to pay for a toilet that was on display and not secured to the wall as other items is the store are. It was very dangerous and we we very lucky that the porcelain did not injure or cut my child, I am appalled as there was no care or interest in my child’s wellbeing and more about there R900 Rand that they said they’re allowing me to pay instead of the full R1800 retail price. I as I now know clearly the ethics and care for your costumers are , I will cancel a rather large order I was about to place and rather spend my money else where. beside I am sure a company of this size certainly has insurence and I am sure a broken toilet will not put your out of business! Discussed and appalled!
