Bought 10100 worth of goods manager refused refunding for a small missing box of about 300 when I was still willing to buy more

This matter has been looked into & has been found the staff were following protocol in regards to not accepting returns on items not in its original packaging due to reselling of the product.
This is pretty much standard across retailers in South Africa.
