Bad communication

Hi

I was at the Cape gate branch on 26 November to buy the mirror, but it was out of stock. They told me that Northgate branch has stock and will have it by Tuesday 1 December. I phoned on 1 Dec late afternoon as I was told and they said the truck hadn't arrived yet but they will phone them and let me know if they will come that day or the next day. I did not hear back. It's now 10 days later and still no word from them. Can you please update me asap. We need to install the mirrors. Tenants are moving in tomorrow without a mirror in the main bathroom.

This is not the kind of service I expect from bathroom bizarre.
