Not pitching to do the Decor for the wedding

We had a contract with Bathokwa events company for our wedding event in December, They did not bother to pitch on the day to do the decoration for the wedding, When we contact them to find out why they are not coming through, they told us that they dont have diesel money to transport the decor stuff (as if that was our problem), <br> <br> Michael Masalesa ***) and his wife are subsequently not contacted on the cell phone when we require the refund for the amount we paid (R40,000.00).<br> <br> I would like to warn people out there.<br> <br>
