Breach of Contract/Bad Service

We had a contract with Bathokwa events company for our wedding event in december, to say the say the service was poor is an understatement. This above mentioned company was supposed to provide decor service for us for saturday and sunday of the wedding. on saturday of the wedding, they arrived late, not all the agreed on items were delivered wherein we had to use things that were hired as extras, after the wedding we met with Michael Masalesa ***) and his wife to express our dissapointment and that we needed the refund especially for the first day of the wedding. Michael promised to get back to us, this was in January, he came back and said he want to repay us R13 000 and we refused because the overall cost of the wedding was R72 000 so we needed the refund for the one day, the saturday as it was a mess. Now Michael is avoiding us, this has been dragging for long and we feel this guy thinks we dont know our rights and stuff, the last communication was that he wanted our banking details, we refused saying we cant give the banking details when we havent agreed on the amount to be refunded. this people think we are stupid and we will leave this matter,no we want a refun
