Batho-baso is unprofessional

I took my car to Batho-baso auto service last year in February to install a computer box which l bought from him the owner of Batho-baso the car was there and nothing was been done to it till I found out that the computer box was ****** so this year March bought another computer box I gave it to him but till today my car is not fixed the only thing is that it been used for spare parts what other cars don't have they take from my car when I call him he doesn't pick my call he keeps on making promises like it's 1 year 6 months now
