Poor Workmanship and Pathetic Customer Service

Matt at Bath Plumbing, Ferndale Randburg had no issues doing a call out to replace and install a new geyser valve. Told me to watch the overflow and if its running more than usual to give him a call. Well 8 months later his excuses started from it might be over flowing due to water interruptions in the area, to no transport, to find someone else to sort out the problem, to our repair is out of warranty after a year and I had to send him the invoice to prove it isn't, to finally deciding he is seeing a lawyer cause we harassing him for two weeks by insisting he come and sort out his poor workmanship. Unfortunately I trusted someone who clearly has no pride in the work he does. Hope it doesn't happen to others.
