Shoddy workmanship. Guarantee not honoured

Hi Shanzo ***ner of Bath Masters) What does your guarantee actually mean? Do a shoddy job and disappear?

I inspected your balcony waterproofing workmanship at the complex next to Leaping Frog Centre in Lonehill you did in Oct 2024 for my niece. She is too nice to message you and is currently in hospital.

You gave her an absolutely bull* explanation when you came to "inspect" your work and have not responded to her since 14 Jan. I saw the saw the messages.

The least you can do is refund her a portion of that ridiculous qoute you gave her for applying rubberized paint over the floor that started cracking and leaking through into her rooms within 2 months after you app**** it, causing additional damage to her wardrobes. I look forward to you responding to my post.
