Not honoring their Guarantee Certificate

To whom it may concern.<br> Bathmasters were contracted to repair the enamel coating on a ball and claw bath in 2013. The then owner (Sharad Kesa) contracted bathmasters for the repairs as one of the requirements for the sale of the property. Bathmasters issued a 5 year guarantee on the repair. <br> In 2015 the coating failed again in the same place that it had previously failed. I contacted bathmasters in May 2015 to lodge a claim against the guarantee. It took numerous calls and emails before we were able to get them to send a representative out to have a look at the damage. After the inspection they indicated that they would not repair the bath under the warranty due to the following reasons<br> \The bath is pealing because of water not draining away at the back end
