****** for not reading the car manual

<p>i took my car for service and I was told that the drive shaft was damaged.i was told to pay 16000 rands.i told them id pay onmypay day.when leaving for home the car changed reves.i took the car back.i was told that what caused that was that damaged shaft,was also told that wheel bearing and clutch were also damaged.to my surprise.i took the car for service only to come back with it not functioning well.i was told to.pay plus minus twenty thousand which I said I would pay on y pay day.I left the car at thebranch.when I got home.i read the manual that comes withthe car.only to find out that all the damaged parts are covered under warranty.when I called the branch,they told me stories.</p> <p>that since the shaft is damaged by pot holes its not covered but that is not stated on the manual.I called head office wanting them to intervene they told me they would investigate and came back to me a day later telling me that I have to pay.i feel like I'm being ******s ****** as there is nothing on the manual that says the shaft and these other parts will not be covered should they be damaged as a result of driving into the pothole.all this has happened at Bates GM.
