Bates Shelly Beach. Booked my car in for a service last week. They phoned me at 10 to come fetch it, they don't have the spares to service it. Got a call Tuesday, they have the spares. Booked a service for Tuesday. Tuesday 10am they phoned, they have the wrong fuel filter. They will do the service and I must get the fuel filter from Autozone and bring it, they will fit it. They phoned Wednesday 12 o clock, my car is ready. R3200 for half a service!!! And the code 69 error is still showing. (They said it's a service code and would be cleared). There goes the car back into the workshop. Me and my wife wait. One hour later, they come tell me no, that code is not a service code. It's the fuel temperature sersor. No stock. Please pay the R3200 and bye-bye. Never in my life have I experienced such shocking service.
