Worst lifetime experience

Bought two tombstone one worth over R25000 and the other worth over R66000 but the service i have recieved is worse then wen people are getting free things..Promises made change along the way and they dont do anything until full payment is made and once its made you have to still beg them to make your stones....is this how you treat all your customers ????? When follow ups are requested people are then never available even those in higher positions in the company .....how i regret ever choosing your company
