Win tombstone not erected

I'm writing this with so much disappointment as I was one of the people that were selected 2 years ago to win a tombstone however up to now nothing has been erected, I had tried several times to inbox you, and to contact Lebo before his passing and up to now there is no feedback on what needs to happen, please assist, the attached is the screenshot of when I was selected. Your branch in dobson ville has my file that I opened with them after winning.
