Terrible and Unproffessional Service! Never use their services! Disappointing!

<p>My family used the services of Bataung Memorial Tombstone to do a tombstone for my late grandmother and grandfather, the full amount was paid in full six months back. They did not do the tombstones according to our agreement. They initially put the tombstone on the wrong grave. Secondly there were just a lot of mistakes, the font size of the wording on the tombstone was wrong, there were spelling mistakes and there were incorrect words on the tombstones. We had requested that they put praying hands on a specific place on the tombstone and they didn't put them in the right place. We told them about these mistakes, they promised to fix them instead they messed up even more. They put the tombstone on the right grave but the praying hands were still not on the right spot and the wording is still wrong. We have been calling them and they always make empty promises. We have been inconvinienced in a lot of ways, it has affected us emotionally and financially! The owner is not even accounting for this! We need this mess fixed and they need to compensate us for all the trouble! We had to postpone the unveiling ceremony due to this mess!</p>
