POOR SERVIVE DELIVERY AND OR WORKMANSHIP

On the 12th September 2015 Bataung Memorials staff came to Kroonstad (Free State) to erect a tombstone for my late parents and hardly a week later the tombstone fell and damaged as the stones were on top of each other. Since reported to Bataung they have been avoiding and refusing to take full responsibility for this poor delivery of service despite being paid for the service.I have been in contact with their sales rep Moletsane Khitsane and his brother CEO Lebohang (he made promise to come and meet and so far no show and not even decency to postpone). I even told them that other stones erected by other reputable companies on the same week are still standing and thereby confirming the poor workmanship delivered
