Poor Service

My parents have paid up for 4 tombstones with Bataung memorials between 2015 and 2017,we are still awaiting for the tombstones to be engraved as all the information needed was given to them. Now my father is kept on hold by the owner of Bataung telling him that hes out of the country,then the phone lines in his offices were ****** useless excuses... Him as the owner why is he not living instructions with his juniors to come to heidelberg in ratanda to install the damn tombstones... Its been far too long a wait for my parents to be turned into stupid people for something they have paid up for long time ago... Bataung memorials is however serving people that have not paid for anything,coming out on speakout helping people free of charge and yet my parents are made to be running after him,its uncalled for and yet we are supposed to support black business... The only thing i want now going forward is to get a phone call confirming that they are on their way to install the tombstones thats all...
