falling of tombstone

I bought a tombstone for mom 21 April 2018 amount of R45000.00 cash then Bataung install the tombstone on the day of funeral it was 28 April 2018 , then in 24 Dec I went to Phumlani cemetery to check I got a shock of my life I found that the tombstone is falling one side the cement that has been used is cracking into piece and it make the head of the tombstone to fall , I phoned Leigh on ********** 776 I explained the whole thing she asked me to do affidavit from police on the 5th Jan 2019 I submitted the affidavit to their Benoni office I got Margaret she promise me that they will send people to fix the tombstone , a month after passed with any movement then February 05 I phoned Leigh again she said to me it was raining they will wait up until the rain has stopped , 21 Feb I called again she told me another story and promised to come beck to me since nothing and now the matter its worse than before I cant get any help from Bataung , grave number 995 Phumlani cemetery in Daveyton , tombstone for Julia Siyaphi Poholo , my contact details are ********** 345 Jabu Boholo
