CANCELLATION OF A TOMBSTONE

Hi peter<br> I went to Batuang Memorials last early last month to cancel the tombstone that i purchased i paid R1950.00 so much,the total amount of the stone being R3950,00. they said i must bring all my document and banking details of which i did. They said that they will refund me R1450 and i will forfeit the rest of the amount i dont know for what becuase they didnt loose anything as they didnt do that stone,i didnt have a problem with that,but now they told me that they will deposit that amount today being the 12th of february and they havent and i call them but some lady told me that the women who is responsible for finance is out and will be back around 1pm but i see now its 03:18pm and no one has called me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK....
