Bataung Memorials is trash

Horrible service!!! A total disgrace!! This business has no respect for it's costumers and they kind of work it's involved in. The communication from the staff and management alike is horrid to say the least. The negligence is unmatched. They take payments and make promises they don't play to fulfill. My family has been waiting for tombstone that was paid for last year and till this day, the 3rd of April all we've received is lies and empty promises. I and my family are beyond saddened, angered and exhausted to say the least. If anyone is trying to get never ending headaches, pay this company for their services.
