Bataung Memorial Tombstone - Extremely Disappointed

Very unhappy with the Bataung Memorial Tombstone. In January 2018 we requested that they erect a Tombstone for us, submitted all requirements, paid them on time and in full. To date the Tombstone still has not been erected.

I tried communicating with them on several occasions, and have been promised that the stone will be done. Now my calls and whatsapp messages are not responded to.
