Baddest service ever!!!

A pathetic, useless group of people. I wonder how do they continue to get business - its clearly from people who have not read these complaints or ever dealt with them. They promise to call, fix, install - all of which they are incapable of. They wanted to escalate a price in the new year of a stone already paid up in the previous year. They didnt write on the stone what we asked even after I sent countless messages, and received acknowledgment. Their stone fell in, the kept postponing the fixing. They will not call you when they’ve apparently changed dates. Fixers and installers are two different groups, yet they say the installers will Come fix.. they think we are stupid. I have ever coming across them, and will not recommend anyone to Bataung, ever!
