Bad..bad service delivery from Bataung

I went to "Bataung Memorial Tombstones" hoping they were the best in the business. I asked them to make a tombstone for my late mother a month before the unveiling.,which was on the 14th of June 2018.It was noted on the file the exact date of the unveiling 21 July 2018 but now its the 27th of July 2018 . I had to call them because when I went there a day before the wedding with the elders guess what...??? Nothing.. On Monday the 23 July I called them and asked why the tombstone was not there because it was noted on the file,the lady from Tsolo in Katlehong told me that its schedule for this week but I asked her on the file it was suppose to be last week. So me being a good citizen I gave them the benefit of doubt. I went again on Friday the 27 July 2018 around 15:30,there's no tombstone. I called them again, why there's no tombstone as yet and the brother said we're packing it now and we gonna go and install it.. Then the frustrating part comes in,they call at 19:30 and say they can't find the tombstone.. Then I asked them but at this time,is that tombstone be gonna be installed properly??

In short service providers will promise you whatever as long as they can get your money no matter how well they are known..
