Clueless doesn't even begin to describe these people. They are the worst people to look to when you are in crisis. They have zero regard for their clients. at the worst time in a person's life they will treat you with zero respect and empathy. They are chronically disorganized. They take forever to assess claims and when they do, they do a shambolic job. They never give updates unless you hound them. Even then they will just tell you lies.
