Too busy to help

This is the 3rd security company that I have joined in the 3 years where I am staying. They promise you the world and when you do need them then they have a story. This is not the first time that the alarm goes off at my house and I don't get phoned by the security company. Surely they have a system as soon as your signal disappears from their system it should give off a notice? This morning again I phoned, I was told they are very busy and they will phone me, so 5.5 hours later still no call, I phone back just to hear they cannot help me today, they will discuss this in their morning meeting tomorrow and see when they will be able to assist me. I told them that I am alone at home and really need some one to just check it and not to do a new installation, I am asking for 5 min! Just received a call from them, in their contract it stipulates that they have 24 hours from you log the call to come and help you. SO PLEASE PEOPLE READ THE CONTRACT BECAUSE AS USUAL THEY COVER THEIR BUTTS! The best is to look after yourself then you cannot be disappointed!!!!
