Disappointing Service
I was told the team is excellent,hence I went to them for my blocked toilet. They came but did not solve the issue instead identified another issue which they also didn't solve. I basically paid R977 call out fee for nothing. The CEO then has the audacity to tell me a refund will not be 'entertained'. I feel ****** and taken advantage of because Iam a woman.
