BASTERFIELD ENGINEERING HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

This Company has ZERO customer service and have delayed my order on 2 occasions after they were the ones at fault. The first time they themselves told me to come on a particular date to collect my order and when my courier Company that I sent to do the collection on my behalf billed me because they went and my order was not ready so they billed me for costs. Again for the second time they set a date for collection which I then again sent the courier Company to collect and they did the exact same thing which I was billed for again by the courier Company and at this point I was furious because they were the reason for me paying these unnecessary costs to the courier and they refuse to take responsibility for it. All they have is excuses. As a first and definitely last time customer I will not be making use of their services ever again and I would not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience with Basterfield Engineering. If I could give them a Negative 10 I would!!! I am assuming John Basterfield and Matthew Basterfield whom I had the displeasure of dealing with are the owners of Basterfield Engineering out in Meadowdale, Johannesburg. They have ZERO customer service and both John and Matthew have a serious attitude problem. John even lost his cool over the phone with me when I complained to them about the delay on my order and the costs that I have to pay to the courier Company because of their faults. This is by far the worst Company that I have ever dealt with in the 10 years of running my own business, BY FAR THE WORST!!!
