BAD SERVICE

<p>Called Alexander Forbes earlier today. They advised me that Bassons Towing Service would call at my residence within an hour from 12:21.</p> <p>Several calls were made to Bassons Auto Towing Service and they eventually arrive at my residence at 15:12, almost 3 (Three) hours late.</p> <p>Is this the service a customer has to be satisfied with ??? Will advise friends of this service, so that they would refrain from using Bassons Auto Towing - what a disgrace !!!!!! </p>
