<p>Basson van Zyl Attorneys has been "assisting" me with mediation/debt consolidation for the past year and a half. In all honesty, nothing has been done. None of my creditors have been paid to date. I'm still getting harrassed by them and I was promised that this will not continue to happen. They promised to get all details of creditors and create relationships and establish contact person's, none of that has surpassed either. I am still getting calls and even after I have paid my money over to Basson, my creditors have not received a cent. I never get any feedback from them, I always have to call them to find out what is happenin, no one ever communicates with me. Only time I hear from them is when they want to remind me that my debit order is due... I honestly believe that this is a mickey mouse company that lie to people that take our money and lie about what it is that they are doing with it. I have just confirmed that the distribution fee that I agreed upon was changed without my knowledge. The installments are now lower than what I signed for. This was confirmed by a man called Sheppard, that claims to work in Cape Town offices, yet when he calls, the landline shows a Johannesburg (Hyde Park) number. I want my issue resolved, I want to see who was paid and when. If this cant be proven, I want my money back and I will deal with my creditors myself. I pay a fee to these people every month, yet all they have done is make my life miserable after promising to make it easier. Worst company in South Africa. Everytime they call all they do is make excuses and lie. And when they dont like what you are asking, they drop the phone in your ear... exactly what Sheppard did to me today.</p>
