DEBT COUNSELLING NIGHTMARE !!!

<p>I have been with debt counselling for over 2 years with Basson Van Zyl and all I can say its been the worst experience of my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets start off with how many debt counsellors I have gotten over the course of 2 + years, it makes a point of contact impossible, everytime I complain I get a new counsellor, nice way to avoid doing your jobs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also I am now being contact by ZCdebtCounsellors as I have no Idea how that hand over happened, I also lost my car thanks to the debt counsellors incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 years plus of struggle, I may have a solution, so I ask them to get me all settlement ammounts, I find out that one account on my statement which is getting paid monthly on the Hyphen PDA statement is already stettled, and the other is a thousand rand more outstanding than on the statement, the excuse I get is that the statement, here is the exact response I got </p> <p> </p> <p>"Good day Mr Breetzke</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are referring to the monthly statement you receive for your payments… the balance are not correct as the PDA is not linked to the creditor system so the PDA balance are not accurate as I stated when I spoke to you telephonically which is why I informed you that I will request for the updated balances and send them to you."</p> <p> </p> <p>Thats is bull****, how can the counsel you on your debt or assist if there system is not accurate, I find this a money making scheme of the backs of those that have stumbled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want HELP!!! PLEASE CAN I GET SOMEONE COMPITENT TO ASSIST.</p>
