Lack of interest

I have sent Bassas hardware in Briardale Durban an email today at about 12:40pm to get a quote for some building supplies. I received no response to say my email was received and that it was being worked on. I then try calling and could barely hear the girl that answered the phone, that is how bad the line in. The more I explain that I cant hear her the more she spoke. I then asked if my email was received, she says she will check and call me back without asking me for my number, which I then had to give her. I also sent the other Bassas hardware in Inanda Durban a whatsapp message. They were reading the messages but never responded to any of my messages to them. however when I go to what's app they are always online. I find this very unprofessional for a big company like this to behave and treat their customers. I then received a call from a man who had no telephone etiquette asking if I sent the quote and that I would get a response, but the way of speaking on the phone was terrible.
