I nearly Got ****ed by Bassas Newlands west security gaurds for demanding a refund for material due to me for almost a month ago, they were taking orders from Boss Ahmed, thretening to bash me to death if I dont leave the store and had their guns visible
Emotional, threatening and physical abuse at bassas hardward,I bought material on 30April2019,I was promised delevery in 5 days, nothing came and I have been phoning from then,I waisted +200 rands airtime contacting them, Ahmed Bassa the boss kept promising tomorrow everyday I called,he had a fight with Preggy his driver, and one driver was sick, and eventually the blocks came after 8 days but only 550 of them whilst I bought 850, no one contacted me to tell me why the blocks are I had to phone again everyday and have been promised tomorrow, tomorrow, when they finally came they brought 270 blocks instead of the 300 that was due to me,I had to call again after 14 days and Philile said I must come for a refund,She promised that she spoke to her boss, they know and are waiting for me to come throught, when I did come for a refund Ahmed the boss refused me a refund and told me that I must come on the next day,I refused question him about my kilometres travelling to that shop everytime. He forced me to accept his condition ordered male security cards to kick me out, they man handled me being a woman. If they were not to give me a refund they shouldnt have saids I must come in the first place,If they had no money they shouldnt have promised me money.I do not owe them,t they owe me and they havent deleverd,Yet they are violating me and abusing me infront of staff and customers. One of the security gaurds said that I must leave right away and stop making noise before he bashes me to death, all his security men carry guns to protect him (Ahmed Bassa) when he doesnt keep to his promise, they even promise their customers that they will shoot them infront of everyone, With their big Guns,How can I actually be shot for my money.I decided to leave his shop without my money and told him that he can keep.my money and my blocks,I cannot lose my life through (Ahmed Bassa) just for R255-00 refund,I will never visit that store again.I rather pay more for safety and rights.I went home in tears. Yet they are praying for Ramadan, how do you abuse people when you are Praying. What a shocking experience from a company that makes ends meat from us, there is no value for customers, no respect, its as if He will still make it without customers there is no care, to actually run for my life whilst I am being owed is a shock, it Clearly means that even if you go and buy material for 100 000 and they dont delever, they wont care because he has his security gaurds with guns, whether you cause a scene as a customer he doesnt care his security guns will shoot you for your money. I have personal history and experience of physical abuse from men when I was young, it all came back me as if it is happening all over again. I am soo traumatised. I actually bought material for about 30000 and now I am thinking that had he not delevered the other material, what would I have been, I would be death by now because his security was gonna shoot me straight with their AK47 guns. He can have my money and keep my blocks, I cant die for R255-00,his security are not safty gaurds of the place, they are there to threaten customers who want whats rightfully theirs. I am even scared to live at my house now since they know my adress they might even come for my life at home, they have my material, money, they will surely come for me. Had I been more stubborn, right now I would have been shot dead, about 4 security gaurds with AK47, R255 wasnt worth fighting for. Ahmed Bassa was even amused by it, and one of his co-partners mocking me saying I must "Act like a lady" as if I was jumping on tables or breaking stuff. All I wanted was a refund which I couldnt get, I do not need their material anymore I bought from another efficient hardware using my own money, now I am battling to get a refund for whats due to me.
