Sloppy and does not comply with legal standards

Mark Bassingthwaighte was a subcontractor chosen by Dave Jonker (Red sky projects ) to do the plumbing in my build He is sloppy and unprofessional , and doesn't care about compliance and safety or have any knowledge re this NB aspect of safe installation He placed a new geyser in my roof , signed off compliance. This failed compliance on 12 issues recently and I had to do it all again. The worst was that he positioned the geyser over a new DB board- no respect re safety should the geyser burst or leak
