Lack of Clarity

Hi there,

I won a Facebook Competition many months ago. Thanks for that however the voucher had no terms and conditions on it and I was under the impression that it therefore had none.

The CPA after all says it needs to have clear T&C's but I wasn't complaining as I am generally very chilled and a HUGE ice-cream fan! The chocolate mousse ice-cream you have is AMAZING!!!

So I was beyond disappointed to be turned away when I went to redeem my voucher for my birthday in December.

I get that YOU knew all the rules of the voucher, just saying it would've been nice to let me in on the rules so that I didn't loose out the R250 worth of ice-cream I won.

Very disappointed :(
